VACANCY: Junior Theatre & Musicals Agent (Freelance)
Freelance: You will not be employed by ANC and will be responsible for your own taxes and NI.
Salary: 10% commission from bookings.
ANC is a newly established talent agency representing emerging and established actors across film, TV, commercials, digital media and theatre.
We are looking for a Junior Theatre & Musicals Agent to join ANC on a freelance, self-employed basis. This role would suit someone with a passion for theatre who is looking to gain hands-on experience in talent representation and grow within an agency environment.
Initially, you will assist with submissions, client support and day-to-day agency duties across our existing theatre clients. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own roster of performers within theatre and musical theatre.
Role Responsibilities
Support existing clients with submissions and general representation.
Submit clients for suitable theatre, musical theatre and live performance opportunities.
Assist with career guidance and day-to-day talent management.
Communicate with casting directors, producers and industry professionals.
Help identify new talent for the agency.
Keep up to date with casting opportunities and industry developments.
Contribute ideas and support the growth of the agency.
Gradually build and manage your own theatre and musical theatre roster.

Good knowledge of the UK theatre industry.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, professional and proactive.
Confidence working independently and managing your workload.
Good people skills and an eye for talent.
Willingness to learn and develop as an agent.
Previous agency or industry experience is welcomed but not essential.
Contract Type
Freelance / Self-Employed (not an employee position).
Remote work (must be London based for regular meetings).
Commission-based structure.
