VACANCY: Talent Agent (Freelance) – ANC Talent Agency
Freelance: You will not be employed by ANC, and you will be responsible for your own taxes and NI.
Salary: 10% commision from bookings.
ANC is a newly established talent agency representing emerging and established actors across film, TV, digital media, and theater. As we grow, we are looking for a Talent Agent to join our team on a freelance, self-employed basis.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about the industry who wants to grow alongside a new agency. Experience is not essential (but, bonus!). We welcome driven, committed individuals who are ready to build their own roster and develop a long-term career in talent representation.
Role Responsibilities
Build and manage your own roster of actors.
Assist with career planning, guidance, and day-to-day talent management.
Submit clients for suitable roles across film, TV, commercial, and theatre platforms.
Communicate with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals.
Identify new talent and maintain a strong eye for potential.
Spot areas where clients can improve and give honest, constructive feedback.
Support agency growth and contribute ideas as we shape our brand and direction.

Contract Type
Freelance / Self-Employed (not an employee position).
Flexible hours; remote work is possible.
Commission-based structure.
